Tea Time is a small, intentional monthly gathering for women who own established service-based businesses. No presentations. No pitches. No networking small talk.
Here's how it works: you show up with something that's holding you back or tripping you up right now — a decision you're stuck on, a team issue, something you can't quite name yet. The group discusses it. Everyone in the room contributes from their own experience and perspective. And almost without fail, someone says: "I thought I was the only one dealing with this."
That moment — that specific exhale of not being alone in it — is why Tea Time exists.

You know exactly what you need to do. You've known for weeks. It's the thing that's been sitting on your list, getting bumped every time something more urgent shows up. Get Stuff Done Day is a dedicated monthly session built specifically to change that.
Here's how it works:
You arrive with one project or task you intend to complete — and you share it with the group so you're accountable from the start
You work. Independently, but not alone — there's something about a room full of focused women that makes it easier to stay in your own lane and actually finish things
Need to think something through mid-session? Request a quick breakout to bounce an idea or get a second opinion
At the end, we check in — wins celebrated, progress acknowledged, momentum carried forward
The value isn't just getting one thing done (though that matters). It's proving to yourself that when you protect a block of time and show up with intention, you can move the things that matter. That's a muscle worth building.
