I'm an integrative life and business coach based in Charlotte, NC. I've spent over 25 years building businesses, helping other women build theirs, and learning — sometimes the hard way — what it actually takes to build something that lasts without losing yourself in the process.

I started in fitness and wellness. Then added life and business coaching. Then professional organizing and productivity consulting. Different industries, different clients, different challenges.
But there was always the same thread running underneath: the women I worked with were capable, smart, heart-centered — and running on empty. They had built real things. They were proud of what they'd created. And they were quietly drowning in it.
I was too.
I've hit the wall. I know what it costs — to your health, your relationships, your sense of self, your joy in the work you started because you loved it. And I know that the standard advice — delegate more, take a vacation, set better boundaries — doesn't touch the real problem.
Most women who own service-based businesses started because they had a gift they wanted to share. What nobody taught us was how to run a business sustainably — how to grow without grinding, lead without losing ourselves, and build something that actually fits who we are, not just who we were when we started.
That's the gap I work in.

My office manager is Millie — a 10-year-old American Staffordshire Terrier rescue who has claimed the title of Employee of the Month every single month since I adopted her. She does this entirely in pajamas. No one is investigating. 
I'm a former competitive gymnast and springboard diver who became a recreational marathoner and triathlete, and who now just wants to feel good in her body. Yoga, hiking, and dancing take care of that — including the occasional living room dance party when nobody's watching.
I love a good psychological thriller, true crime (reading and TV only — I promise), and bourbon by a fire pit with my favorite people.
